BOB COOPER - OWNER

I've always loved music and at an early age, started playing music for parties.  I enjoy watching a group of people having fun.  When I had graduated from college, I started teaching math !  I really enjoy working and helping people (my students). They were all special to me.   Pretty much every day was enjoyable in the classroom.  Weekdays math, weekends music.  Love it.


Radio was another interest of mine and I spent years doing radio on a part time basis.  Now I am mostly doing weddings.  It is such a satisfying job working with couples on their special day. 


I love interacting with other people.  Otherwise, I share my home with a cute and gentle cat.  Great pet.

MIKE WILK

I have taken great pride as a wedding DJ over the past 20 years at Sound Advice in providing guidance to my clients in order that we create a customized, memorable experience on their wedding day. I specialize in Weddings, anniversary parties, as well as corporate events and class reunions.  I have worked full time as a social worker over the past 25 years assisting people of all ages get to a better place than where they started.


My number one everything is my lovely wife and our two beautiful teenage daughters.  We have two rescue dogs that we spoil to death, probably more than our children.  I love going to my daughters athletic competitions, and special events. 


I also enjoy outdoor recreational sports and exercising.

JOE MINDLIN

Professional and engaging, I bring over 40 years of experience as a mobile DJ serving Berkshire County, New York, and all of New England. Throughout my career, I’ve built a reputation as a true people person, whether entertaining guests at weddings and special events or serving the community for the past 23 years as a UPS driver based in Pittsfield, MA.


My background includes work in several radio markets, where I developed a deep appreciation for a wide range of musical genres. My music knowledge spans multiple decades, and I stay current with today’s popular trends to ensure every event feels fresh and relevant. I am highly detail-oriented and take pride in making clients feel confident and at ease, knowing their event will be customized to reflect their vision and style.


Outside of DJing, I am registered officiant, an avid mountaineer and a professional photographer, passions that further fuel my creativity and attention to detail.
